I can only presume that the item was as shown on the website as the recipient did not forward a photo, but was delighted on receiving them. However, I specified that delivery was to be on a certain date and if the recipient had not have contacted me to say thank you, I would have been non the wiser. I was informed of the delivery on the following day!! It would be appreciated if a message was sent soon after delivery

I had ordered a basket of flowers but knew that due to Covid 19 this might change. The flowers arrived in a metal vase which my daughter loved. The flowers were fresh and beautiful and my daughter said they smelt wonderful. She received a lot of flowers for her birthday but these looked the best.

The actual flower arrangement was delivered by Jaap de Groot Florist, Zwarteweg, Bennebroek, The Netherlands. And it is gorgeous! It was delivered on time, even though I ordered a bit late for mother's day. I have ordered flowers from overseas many, many times, and I always spent twice the money and end up getting half the flowers!!! Very happy with this order, thank you!!!

I have sent flowers to my daughter in the Netherlands several times but this is the first time I have used 'direct2florist'. Flowers were delivered per instructions. Per foto sent to me by recipients, names on card were misspelled. Would have appreciated if florist had paid more attentions to the spelling of names as per instructions of the client.
