Florist has been very helpful when I made a mistake on my order. I was easily able to contact them through the direct2florist site. the cost of the flowers was good value for my money. I cannot rate the flowers as I haven't seen them. nor have I heard from the recipient.

The flowers were spectacular, such a variety & so totally different from anything else. If you are looking for a special & different bouquet then this is one we would highly recommend. I can only presume that the item was as shown on the website as the recipient did not forward a photo, but was delighted on receiving them. However, I specified that delivery was to be on a certain date and if the recipient had not have contacted me to say thank you, I would have been non the wiser. I was informed of the delivery on the following day!! It would be appreciated if a message was sent soon after delivery

I ordered from Ireland to my family in The Netherlands, the bouquet was delivered the next morning, though it wasnt really what i had ordered, Meadow Fresh, a bright bouquet in a yellow box, the bouquet that was delivered was lovely and in a glass vase, so that was a good alternative. The card was hand written too which is a nice touch. I would recommend Quality Florist and direct2florist and would certainly shop again with them.
